Refund Policies

Domain Registration (for new and existing clients)

Domain name registration fees are not refundable.

Webhosting (for new clients)

If you are not completely satisfied with the webhosting services at KINGDENIS.COM, you should notify King Denis in writing through the contact page or by submitting a ticket within the first 30 days.

You will be given a refund of the full amount. However, the refund can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your webhosting. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact King Denis directly through the contact page.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, disk space, email accounts, domain name registration, and Web design services.

Webhosting Renewals (for existing clients)

Charges for the renewal of your webhosting will be refunded if written notification (through the contact page or by submitting a ticket) not later than the tenth day following the renewal date. This ten day grace period applies to all Web hosting plans. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after ten days.

Requests to Cancel Webhosting After Renewal Date (for existing clients)

You must notify King Denis before ten days of the Renewal Date on your webhosting if you wish to cancel your account. King Denis does not offer refunds for cancellation requests submitted after ten days of the renewal date.
